We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff, including the helpful manager Adlin, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the breathtaking views of the ocean. The pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxation. The hotel offered top-notch services such as room service, housekeeping, and a variety of shops and commercial services. We also appreciated the availability of medical facilities, laundry services, and a range of room amenities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely pool area with stunning views over the ocean. Additionally, the staff were always attentive and amazing, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

The hotel's location close to the sea was a great advantage, as we could pre order from a nearby cafe and enjoy our food with a beautiful view. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was poorly maintained. We had to repeatedly ask for new towels and toiletries. Breakfast was subpar, and the service was unprofessional. the pool and other facilities were enjoyable.
We had a negative experience with the hotel's housekeeping staff. They did not make our bed properly and had trouble restocking basic amenities.

The pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Rooms were clean, and the location was convenient to nearby attractions.
The food didn't quite meet our expectations, and getting a taxi was a bit of a hassle. the staff could be more attentive to guests' needs, as there were a few instances where we could have used their assistance.
